Retained deposit

Yesterday my friend deposited money on my account and the slip came saying, a technician error has occurred while processing your deposit and contact your branch or call . I did call the bank hence the deposit slip was sent to me and given a reference number . What is worse is that the money was an emergency for purchasing a pc for exams and 24 hours past but still the money is not reflecting I am so angry with Nedbank and am switching banks if that’s how the bank ****s us I can’t be a part of this culture. If my money is not in my tomorrow I am taking this matter to ombudsman
