Restructure home loan without authorisation

Nedbank changed my home loan after a 3 month payment holiday for covid 19 which I did not agree to. I have instructed that is not what I want and laid a compliant but have had no feed back. ***2 Complaint - FI*** {***}-Mrs N. Niederheitmann
