Restored Faith In Service Sector

Wow, I was impressed yesterday 13 April with Rene, I assume she is from the apps division if there is such a division. She called me to enquire whether I had attempted to down load the Nedbank Money App. I was trying too, with very little success. Her patience and professionalism was extremely amazing. At one stage I was actually getting annoyed with myself because of the time we were spending to get the app down loaded onto my phone. Rene kept going and eventually I managed to get the app working. Well done to Rene, you restored my faith again in the service sector. I hope your PR/Media person who would normally respond on hellopeter would convey my appreciation to you.
