Response / Feedback on Application

Good Day,

I app**** for a Credit Card last week. On Monday 07/20 a consultant called me to verify my details. I sent though additional documents to Nedbank as requested on the same day.

Today on 07/23 I once again called the Call Center to follow-up and I am being told Credit Dept is verifying my documents. It does not seem like Nedbank knows what is going on in their Department.

I wonder if I made the right decision applying for a Nedbank Credit Card.

Very frustrated.
