Respond to my email - DO NOT HARASS ME BY PHONE

I have sent a number of emails asking for a settlement letter. Instead I now get constant phone calls when I am at work. Even after talking to a consultant and telling them that I do not discuss my personal financial situation while I am at work they still insist on trying to keep the call going. Just reply to my emails? PLEASE
