RESOLUTION NEEDED

between nedbank and @standardbank I do not know who I should direct my frustrations to. I opened a consolidation loan at the beginning of July that was approved, funds were paid to fnb and nothing was paid to standard bank. now there is a back and forth with standard bank saying funds were not received and I do see the loan still has a negative balance. and Nedbank standing their ground that they paid the money. CLEARLY THE MONEY CANNOT JUST VANISH, THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE WHO WILL TRACK AND FIX IT AS IT NOT FAIR TO PAY STANDARD BANK AND NEDBANK
