Rescission Letter for judgement

I have previously paid Nedbank Group wealth the money they demanded from through their lawyers Lowndes Dlamini attorneys. Default judgement was obtained against in July 2020. I paid them in full by August 2021. I have requested a consent for rescission since then. I’ve been sending them constant messages since that period, both the lawyers and Nedbank group wealth. To this day, no such letter was sent instead I was sent a clearance letter by Nedbank which I also queried that it was not appropriate letter. My correspondence in this regard is never attended to nor acknowledged. I went to the offices of the lawyers in Sandton to again request the consent for rescission letter and they informed that they are waiting for instruction from Nedbank. Is this how you continue to treat your customers? Nedbank cannot say they don’t know what’s a consent to rescission of judgement when they are in the banking sector.
