Requesting Bank Statements

We would like to request for detailed bank statements from 01 August 1997 - 31 December 1997.<br> <br> We need details of all transactions carried out in that period, as the matter is very urgent!!!!<br> <br> We went to Alberton branch in July and they told us that it will take 7-10 working days to get the statements and then later they told us to go to metro filing, but when we got to metro filing in joburg, we were told that only the bank can assist us with this matter.. I have also called client services for help but no one knows who can assist us...<br> <br> Please help as this is very urgent!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Tshidi
