Requested update not made

I called on the 29th of Nov to update my banking details for my home and personal loan and was advised that the personal loan will be updated latest on Monday the 4th of Oct for the personal loan but THE DETAILS HAVE NOT YET BEEN UPDATED. I have been on the phone for the past 3 hours now, either I get transferred from pillar to post or or I'm given numbers for departments I am not looking for (either I was transferred to student loans/insurance or agents ask me to hold then cut the call). This is the same bank that suggested I move my salary over to them... At this rate, I am considering moving my home loan also because at the end of this month the personal loan will be settled. If the banking details are not updated it will affect my credit score yet NEDBANK is FAILING DISMALLY TO MEET ME HALF WAY. no wonder many a few of my peers regard Nedbank as the worst bank to be with in SA. I had to go through the EXACT same thing 2 months ago when I needed to change my debit date. What nonsense is this?? If Nedbank doesn't want my business then they should simply say so..(***)
