Request for consideration

I currently have a Nedbank personal which I have been paying for the past year faithfully without a single default. I recently contacted Nedbank again to apply for the initial amount I app**** for last year and they provisionally approved the loan and I was really happy to find that they would then reduce my interest rate meaning that the monthly payment would reduce aswell. The purpose of this loan was to consolidate 2 additional depts into this loan as it would really ease the financial pressure I am currenty facing. When I submitted the documentation they advised me that it was declined due to my exposure. This is is nop way a complaint but a sincere request to please re consider based on the fact that I have really conducted my account well and this loan would reduce my monthly instalment and absorb a few more depts as I have which would make it even easire for me to conduct my account as well as I have for the past month. I have contacted the call centre and they have been very polite but it does not seem like anyone understands just how much this would help me.
