Replacement card issues

Every time I have to get new cards from Nedbank there is some issue. New replacement credit card is not working. Call the call centre they tell me to go to a branch so after a 45 minute wait to get assisted I spend another 2 hours in the branch trying to get a resolution ref number ***6. Very unimpressed how can you keep on messing up something as simple as a replacement card and you expect me to keep trusting you with my money?
