reopen my business account emergency

Nedbank i opened an account on 222 august 2025 , while on maternity leave , the account was on minus 371 , you sent me an email tha i should put funds before it closes i did and made small payments but now you decided to close it why? it hasnt even been 180 days dormant . I am back in my business full time , i need the account to be re opeend you keep transferring me to 10 other people you literally closed it a day after i deposited and you guys adviced me to deposit
