REMOVE YOUR LISTING FROM MY AAcTC REPORT!

I have yet to experience such a horrible service from credut provider. I wrote a complaint here about two weeks ago and nedbank consultant did respond to me. Basically nedbank blacklisted me for two consecutive months. I don't even understand what happened cause I paid on time and never missed payment. Upon communicating with the consultant everything went well and he assured me that he has sent a request to ITC so that they an remove the listing on my report. I checked my report today and notjing has been amended. When I called transunion they told me that if the request was sent, they update the report within 7 days. Its been 14 days and yet I am waiting. I sent an email to lungile stating concerns but he didn't bother to respond at all. It makes me wonder if he did do anything he said he did. Its frustrating and very bad to be blacklisted when you know that there's absolutely nothing wrong that you did. I didn't want to dispute this matter through ITC because they tod me it would take 21 days for this to be fixed and only 7 days with the credit provider. What more do I have to do? ????
