Remove Credit applications

Appalled by Nedbank's Service. There has been duplicate credit applications from Nedbank, i have requested they remove those applications from there database as this seems to have occurred with issue on there app. This is preventing me for applying for future credit with them asking me to wait 30 days when i did not apply for these
