Removal of Downloading a proof of payment from Nedbank online banking

After making a payment I want to be able to print and hand it to a driver that has just delivered some goods. Or I want to send my proof of payment (POP) myself from my own email address. This would involve downloading the POP as a PDF. This has been removed with the 2 options being to share the POP or print a record of it which is not advisable to share. I want to be able to send the POP with other documents and comments or within my email trail of conversations with multiple people. I also want to share it on Whatsapp or other messaging apps. Now this is not available anymore. It is almost as if you want to force us to use your email service and in that way able to charge us to share something as simple as a POP.

I cant think of anything else except Nedbank is being Greedy
