Removal of Credit Card Debit Order

I recently paid up my credit cards and closed with Nedbank. However I left my platinum credit card opened. And I see my debit order date was the 21st December 2024 as per statement. Unfortunately the debit order didn't go off my account. Not sure whether the person did the closure went and delete my debit order details for my platinum card. I then went and debit a Manuel payment. Which I can submit proof of payment. Nedbank will now list me as a slow payer for an error on this side. I want this resolved today and only if this account reflects in arrears I will escalate higher up.
