Remarkable service!
I was at Greenstone branch yesterday at 15:00 after my card go stuck at the ATM, received a service with a smile from the security guard on duty who then asked Dorien Loxton to assist us. Dorien not only welcomed us with a sense of respect, warmth but passion and dedication,he kept us in the loop for the short time we spent at the branch. This is beyond gratitude! Dorien Loxton is a great asset to Nedbank,thank you Nedbank Greenstone! I'm wowed!
