Release of my account

I received funds R6480 on the 2nd of April 2026 from my sister. This was a payment from money she owed me. No services were rendered. My Account was put on hold until today. I have provided an Affidavit and everything required. Her Account is now working but mine is still on hold.They keep on postponing the matter.
