Release of funds

I received funds from my sister Nosipho Mvakwendlu on the 2nd of April 2026 R6480. This payment was an amount she owed me. Funds came from Tymebank to my Nedbank Account. Suddenly my Account was put on Soft Freeze together with hers. She then provided all required documents by Tymebank and her account was released this week. When I called my Nedbank they said I must call Tymebank to authorise release of my account. We did that with my sister but they rep**** by saying they cannot do that. Nedbank has a right to release my account. Can someone assist in this matter.

I'm very upset now because it seems like Nedbank is not willing to assist me. ***
