Release Frozen Favourites funds at Nedbank

Morning. I am a client of Frozen Favourites. Due to some reasons the companies account was freezed. Frozen Favourties must reimburse me a huge amount of money, but they can't because Nedbank don't want to release the funds. We are suffering due to this. We can't provide as we made loans to survive. The lady at the Nedbank, Glynis van der Broek who does not want to release the funds. We have families to support. Nedbank please release Frozen Favourites funds so that they can reimburse me. I am suffering due to this as my health is taking it's toll.
