REJECTION OF INSURANCE CLAIM

I have a property insurance with Nedbank insurance. I lodged a claim with them after heavy rains lifted my roofing sheets and caused some damages to my ceiling in February 2025. They then refused to honour the claim on the pretext that the roof was not being maintained. I responded to their rejection letter and i have not received an attention ever since. The level of service is so frustrating and someone is surely not doing their work unless its policy.
