Rejecting policy claim
My house ceiling has collapse due to structural shifting and the insurance is refusing to pay. Apparently i was supposed to inspect if the correct nails were used on the ceiling 2002 when i was buying the house from them. Few months ago the same incident happened in the garage and they fixed the ceiling in the garage but now it is different story when this is happening inside the house.
Please help me understand how i was supposed to investigate the nails in the ceiling.

My house ceiling is falling daily and before the damage extend to hurting my children in the house can you come to my rescue.
