Rejected ***** Case

My mother opened a ***** case with Nedbank.

WHAT HAPPENED.

She went to an ATM to try withdraw money. Electricity went off as she was trying to transact while her card was inside the ATM in Komatiport Mpumalanga.

She then drove about 40-50KM's to Kamaqhekeza Branch to report her card was swallowed by the ATM. She was assisted with a new card.

Months later she was notified of a transaction from her account of which she contacted her nearest branch and was assisted with ***** case documents.

THE RESULT OF THE CASE.

The result made speculations that ********* might have ****** her card and that NEDBANK would not refund her back.

There is no facts stated on the result document.

She was never assisted at the ATM by anyone and she waited at the ATM with a colleague for some time hoping the electricity would come back.

This is utter poor customer services from Nedbank as their ***** department just speculated on the why the transaction went off from her account.
