REJECTED DUE TO VALIDATION

REJECTED DUE TO VALIDATION when i try to move money from credit card to check account, OR to pay for online purchases.i called thie customer service and spoke with multiple agents but none could help. i went to a branch, NOT EVEN THEY could help me, they all just look at each other like it's funny. i will, in due time, open an account with another bank, and move all debit orders, and close nedbank account, i have been with this bank like 15 years, it was the WORST time of my life, you NEVER get things done there especially in this trying times. :( :( :(
