Regrets ever associating myself with Nedbank

I feel like I am at Wits-end .. I took out a personal loan with Nedbank on the month of May 2018, the debit order was supposed to go off on the 1st of June (I was advised), my payment date is the 28th. They did not debit on the agreed date, but debited my account on the 27th June 2018 (incorrect date), I called the call-center and queried this and was advised that the date has been corrected- Payment for July will go off on the 27th and then the correct debit order date (which I initially requested to be the 1st) will resume on the 1st August 2018, and was assured that they wont debit on the 1st of July -of which the did and I requested a refund.

I have known no peace since I associated myself with Nedbank as I have to use my time (at work) and resources to fight (every month)as they always debit on the incorrect date.

On the month of August 2018 I took out out another personal loan which was consolidated with my current loan. I was advised payment date will be on the 28th (my salary date). This month (September ) I had funds deposited into my account on the 26th September and Nedbank saw it okay to debit my account on the 27th (which is not my payment date.

Today I called the call-center to query this and request a refund (ref ********** 9) ,the Consultant could not care-less about my refund, all he was interested in is giving me advise on payment dates and logging a query to correct my debit order date (of which he said would it would be advisable it be between on my payment date (28) and 30 , which I requested to be the 30th). He told me that they usually debit earlier if the payment date falls on the weekend, but my payment date (the 28th) is only tomorrow on Friday.

I asked him about the refund and he advised that only his team leader can do that. Well.. the team leader requested that I send my bank statement as proof that I didn't get paid on the 27th (when they debited incorrectly), proceeded and asked the consultant when can I expect the funds to be paid back and he said he will advise me after I have sent the bank statement.

I am a bit disturbed as I have requested refunds before (two times to be precise) as a result of these inconveniences, and have NEVER been requested to send my bank statement. Instead of removing my frustration, they are adding to it as I now have to take time (off my work again) ,get a bank statement and send it to them to prove my case (because I feel like its now under investigation, and I unaware wait to hear if I have a case or not).

I have logged more than 3 queries with Nedbank within 4 months (references: ********** 0, ********** 5, ********** 6, ********** 9). I have lost some references). Every query gets resolved but the same problem arises in the following month.

I even withdrew all funds from my investment account, because I feel it better to invest the elsewhere.
