Regret switching salary to nedbank

I regret joining nedbank the statements just dont make sense, they reflect the date some paid the money into your account and not the date that money actually reflects in your account. Not to mention they can take so long to process transactions, unlike Capitec. I never should have switch my salary to this bank...Major regret, I will return to capitec as soon as possible. There is really no value to making Nedbank the bank you get your salary in. In this day and age they cant try to be like other faster banks. It like using the free version of banks. Dont bother to try and resolve this I am just letting you know where you are falling short
