Regret moving

I moved from Capitec to Nedbank last week thinking it was a good choice. To my horror when ask a family member to transfer me money to my account it was suspended. Mind you the transfer was done in Nedbank at there back office,I needed this money for my rent that is due today otherwise I pay a late fee penalty also money was for food for my kids now they have to starve because Nedbank has to investigate and it will take 24-48hours after going into the branch they could not assist.How I regret my decision thank you Nedbank.
