Regret ever opening an account with Nedbank

Firstly I had a loan with Nedbank which was settled more than a year ago. I faxed through the proof of payment and requested a letter to state that it is paid in full. I didn't get this letter and forgot about the whole thing until I got a call in July 2015 telling me that I am going to be handed over because I am not making payments on my loan. I advised the guy that it has been paid and proof sent. He requested I send it again. Because it has been more than a year I don't have the proof of payment anymore, so I went to the police station and did a affidavit which I sent through. Yesterday I got another sms saying I am going to be handed over. I phoned the call centre and spoke to the rudist Nedbank employee ever! She ended up putting the phone down in my ear - well done Nedbank! I am NOT going to keep on sending documents through to you if you just refuse to do your job. When I sent the docs the first time it should have been captured and my letter sent and details removed from your system. So after trying to resolve this without success I hereby warn Nedbank that if I receive one more sms or one more phone call from you I will take legal steps for harassment!
