Registration attorneys bad service

I'm Finance by Nedbank for my bond . I'm based in Joburg they nominated registration attorneys in Hoedspruit (Limpopo) I don't know their reasoning behind. It was said I qualify for 50% discount , I chose to baby with the so I get the benefits. The attorneys are not communicating very unfriendly and nominated someone to help me since ma far I was given 100% registration fee when I asked , they said they are instructed by the bank.

Worst service ever , I have never been this frustrated in my life . I wish I didn't listen to the advice of not taking ABSA Finance.
