Reginald the Legend

I was having a really frustrating experience trying to sort out a problem I had with my account.

I was being transferred around with no interest in helping me or providing me with any information.

That is until I come across Reginald in the customer care department.. I was sent his way as a means to get rid of me. However 8 am pleased to say that it was blessing j disguise. He showed a genuine e interest in assisting me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received the help I needed.

His manager Lungile git back to me shortly thereafter and put my mind at ease.

I am extremely grateful to these two for their assistance and their compassion. Thank you for Ubuntu and treating me like a human being. I hope you get the appreciation you deserve. May God bless you.
