Refusing to deduct debit order earlier to cash in on interest from clients- Disgusting Nedban****

On the 15th December, I asked my personal banker to get my homeloan and car loan debit orders to go off as soon as possible, as I had the funds availiable.

He immediatly sent off the email to the other department to request this.

It is now the 22nd Decemeber and it still has not gone off on my account.

This is terrible, are you trying to make sure that you can take a clients full interist you can by ignoring their request to get the installment deducted earlier? This is horrible and dishonest service.

Really Nedbank, where have your integrity gone?

My request was placed on the 15th, you WILL credit me with the interist from that day!
