Refusing to assist or listen to my complaint
In February 2015 I requested to have my residential address updated. Documents submitted was accepted by the branch. Later in the month I discovered the details was still not updated. On the 14 February 2015 at 12h00. I then went to Rand Park Ridge branch. And submitted documents. Which was accepted by the branch. The lady at the information desk assured me that my details would be updated on the Monday. On the 1 April 2015 I went to the Cresta Branch to discover once again that my details have not been submitted. I then submitted an official complaint. My reference number ***. Peter responded to my complaint apologising for the inconvenience and said I could go and speak to Sue Naidoo and she will assist. All she did was pointed out where her staff had stuffed up. But still refused to attend to my need. Her choice of not delivering customer service is shocking. Absolutely appalled at the patronising service I was treated in by the Nedbank Cresta Branch & Sue Naidoo
