Refused to give me cancellation figures on my bond

Nedbank is refusing to give me the cancellation figures on my bond telling me that I can't sale my house on high prize only less plus they already received an offer from someone else I just want to know why should bank tells me for how much I should sale my house for bond # ********** 167501
