Refuse to stop lost card
My son used one of your atm's, it rejected his pin 3 times, and then swallowed the card. Since yesterday we've been trying to call your call centre to cancel the card, and no one ever answers. Then I sent my daughter to go to the branch to try and cancel the card (not get a new one issued, but cancel the card) and your branch refused to help her. I have a full time job, I work, and the only time that I will get to the bank is Saturday. So all this time, the card will be active and can be used **********ly?
So you fail to answer your calls, and then now you want a 9 year old to attend to the bank personally to cancel the card personally???? What ******* is this?

01 Apr 2019, 15:23Please do not make a fool of me. I've been calling this number and no one is answering. I do not have airtime to waste anymore on you. Someone has to now call me back. I cannot hold for more than 15 minutes at a time to cancel a card

01 Apr 2019, 16:13So if they are busy does that mean they don't answer their phones? Are you aware how many laws this is contravening? And you can't call me once and I don't answer because I'm in a meeting and you say you tried to get hold of me? Is my card getting cancelled or what?

If this is the attitude you have, that's fine. I'm putting my complaint in Twitter and I'll let the black Twitter community deal with you. Let's see how your brand with react
