Refuse to pay

Seshego hail storm I am reporting nedbank house insurance ref c*** for house number 560 zone 3 seshego. The assessor came for assesment The problem is they said due to non maintanance of the roof they will not repair the damage now and in future. I am worried because WE ARE NOT THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE DISASTER AND WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE THE WHOLE TOWNSHIP OF SESHEGO EXPERIENCED THAT, THEIR REASON CANT BE THE SAME. Call: ***
