Refuse to give my bank card with valid ID
I requested a new debit bank card and to be delivered to Nedbank Brackenfell at
1. On 30 Jan 2015 I entered the bank at 11:30am and was the 5th person from the front.
2. It took me 30 minutes to get to the teller to pick up my card.
3. I provided them with my ID, drivers license and letter from Dinners Club for proof of address. This was not good enough as they find my ID not in good shape. Everything on my ID is 100% readable.
4. I am a private bank customer and all my detail on Nedbank system is up to date.
5. They still didn't want to give my replacement debit card and said I need to go get my passport.
6. I called the Branch Manager and complain about the long waiting in the queue and also that I need to get my debit card.
6. After 40 minutes in the bank, I decided to leave as the Bank Manager refuses to help me.

I realized on Saturday, the 31st of Jan that I could not use my bank card as it has been cancelled.

On Sunday, 1st of February, I phoned Personal Banking and spoke to Calvin Clarisse and he refuses to activate my card and just put me on hold for 30 minutes.

Brackenfell is the worse looking Nedbank Branch I ever have been into with the worse service ever.
