Refusal with title deed

I experience same treatment having settled the bond on 13 September 2019, requested paid up letter, title deed which is 4 weeks process with deed office to date no respond n Nedbank received payment from my employer through stop order after the settlement from my September salary. To add salt on my wound I hv been requesting 1999 May and June including June July Aug months of 2006 statements which they refused to release. May 1999 I was already an occupant of the house as FCB registered the bond in 1999 April 23 when Nedbank registration is dated 1999 July 31 two months after I occupied the house. R1980.00 for May and June 1999. R3000.00 June july Aug 2006 moreover during my call with Reference number ***2 by Smangele, I owed R114 145.55 n she confirmed that I had transfer scope of R6 632.99 which on July 15 was R 8 000.00 n which was not used to repay the bond on August 31 as my employer paid R2600.00 in August and in July Nedbank refused withdrawal from transfer scope. I am owed 1999 May and June payments, June july Aug 2006, my R6099.00 transfer scope, R2600.00 for September payments after the bond was settled which amount to *****. Most importantly they refuse to release title deed, paid up letters n cancellation letters Ref ***1, ref ***0, account and policy termination letter ref ***6 and title deed ref ***2. From his explanation Nedbank insurance consultant Kurt told me that Nedbank owes me a substantial amount of money as such I am not owing Nedbank anything. He gave me assurance that Nedbank must refund me. I asked him his reference and he told me that the insurance policy number; *** is reference as the insurance money is calculated from bond money annually not monthly though they received my monthly instalment. I took home loan with FCB in 1999 n my first instalment was in May which I hv statements for. Permanent Bank took over FCB n later it was People'sBank and Nedbank took ownership. During my term with the 3 banks I never encounters ***** or any miscalculations. Any South African looking to own a house by means of bond, i humbly request u to go to other banks don't ever try n enter Nedbank stay away.
