Refusal to return debit order for cancelled policy

Nedbank Insurance is refusing to refund me by R202.54 for a debit order that went through for a cancelled home contents insurance. Somehow I'm being told that the person I was speaking to is not 'mandated' to return debit orders that came from NEDBANK. I would like to know why???? I cancelled the insurance on the 30th March 2015 and was informed that the debit order request had gone through and if I require it back I will have to put a reversal. Now why am I getting a totally different story now?? Please can someone look into this as I'm really unhappy now. I have been paying for almost a whole year without claiming! Now this is how I get treated? Please someone sort this out its really unprofessional business practice.
