Refusal to provide proof of prescription for Debt credit card

I need a letter or just a pdf from nedbank stating my name and ID number and that my debt with nedbank has prescribed according to the law

They refuse and only want to acknowledge it in a sleezy email

Please advise me as I need this confirmation from nedbank

All other creditors do so as the Debt is legally prescribed
