REFUSAL TO ISSUE PAID UP LETTERS

NETBANK is *********** for over two weeks I requested paid up letters for my credit card account and to date they have failed to comply with my request. The prejudice im suffering as a result of their incompetence is unjustified. Their competing banks are able to issue paid up letters immediately.

I have contacted their contact centre several and every agent pretends as if it's the first time in logging calls whilst the system has record of every interaction.

To date I am still awaiting my paid up letters
