Refusal to cancel cession

My bond has been paid up for almost two years and the bond ifo Nedbank has been cancelled. I have on many occasions tried to have the cession released. I have up to three recent reference numbers plus today's reference number. I visited the Polokwane branch and they did not help me. Instead they gave me the call center telephone number. I have now continuously been requesting for this cession to be lifted. Each time I phone there are new requirements. Todays requiremnt is that I now need my spouses signature on the letter ( first requirement that was met). How can this be. It is a security cession and is only valid if I owe them money. I owe nothing on this house but Nedbank refuses to help me. When I needed a bond then I was good enough. Now I owe nothing I am nothing to them. How can I get this sorted out as I the current situation is should I die my family will have to wait for Nedbank to claim the finds from the insurer and then at their pleasure pay out the funds to my family. Nedbank please sort this out
