refunds of my personal loan

my payment date is the 31st of every month but every time money comes into my account they deduct the loans money and than I need to phone call centre to reverse the than I must wait 7 days for my money. The main reason is that I signed a contract for THE LAST DAY OF EVERY MONTH.

I hope you will be paying the money no later than today I will not wait 3 working days I need the money asap, I am thinking of changing my bank & this is not the 1st time I have been experiencing problems with Nedbank
