Refunds for Kulula Comair Tickets

I bought my ticket from CPT to JHB and a day later Kulula got liquidated. I bought this ticket using my Nedbank cheque Mastercard and Nedbank promised to refund and I completed their dispute form in June 2022. I am now moved from pillar to post as I try to get finality on this issue and get my refund...the phones at their ***** dept are not answered. They can keep the money and stop lying to people that they will refund them
