Refunds

I am Lutando, I did an error depositing money from my bank.(capitec). I mistakenly deposited the money to nedbank client. I went to nedbank, asked to speak to a manager, Mr Sigcau, he explained everything to me and escalated the matter to my capitec manager. I got so much help, how I wish all managers were like that, especially if you are working with people. Big up to Mr sigcau, branch manager umtata CBD. Even though the money has not been returned yet, but I am grateful.
