Refund request ref 590673

I have been going through a really bad time in my life health wise and financially which lead to me applying for debt consolidation with Netbusters for them to help me with my financial situation. I had an overdraft facility with nedbank and I was not made aware that if you apply for debt consolidation and you have an overdraft it will be canceled I only found out the hard way with no notification from the bank or my debt counselor. My whole salary was taken leaving me with no funds to go by and no funds to travel to work and this has lead me to leaving work as I did not have any funds to live by and I was not in a position to get money from someone because I don't want to go into debt. My debt counselor app**** for a refund request and it's been a really long time that I have waited nedbank has not gotten back to us I have sent all the documents they requested 3 days ago but I have not heard anything. I have not eaten a decent meal in 6 days and I have been living on my friends couch for 2 weeks and it's starting to irritate him. They have said they will refund me but I'm still waiting. I have attached a few screen shots. I just want to know when I am getting the refund.
