Refund: Ref ***, ***, MD 24-09517

My name is Janet Phalatse, Nedbank debited my account which i went to the branch at Qugga Pretoria to dispute. I have explained my financial situation to them and agreement was made of the refund that i will be receiving. This happened from the 21/01 till today I have been taken from pillar to post with no help but false alarms that my money will be in and nothing is happening. I have spoken to the agents by the name of Zanele and Ntokozo and find no help from them. I have been explaining myself, using my time and money to make calls, I am a very upset client of Nedbank. I am writing on this platform hoping to receive quick respond.
