Refund query

I am under debt review assistance from debt busters. I was told that 3900 will be devoted from my bank account and be distributed to my creditors. On the 23td January 2020 my salary was paid to my account but you my surprise 3 debit orders went off. That is hyphen under the mandate of debt busters, 3900 Infasts 3674 and Nedbank 3250, now after all the deductions I was left with R60, I call debt buster to query that they did not still to the agreement and I want to cancel and they should refund me. It has been a struggle that I'm facing for 2 weeks now they don't want to cancel neither are they getting my refund back from Nedbank because according to them creditors we're stopped from debiting from my account. What makes matters worse is that Nedbank is putting me from pillar to post, they say my personal loan with them was never debited but my overdraft account went off which is what I should be refunded. The agent went on and said I should forward my banking details to *** which I did email on the 38th January but to my surprise the document was not received and. Ironically no one can give clarity of all debit orders that went off on the 23 Rd. I downloaded my statement and only 2 debit orders reflect. I want the refund and I have school expenses that I have to pay for. Nedbank and debt buyers are not giving me my money. I spoke to my counselor Simamkele, tabya and max from debt busters I called hyphen to reverse the debit order and was told debt buyer has to give them the mandate. I am stuck with a problem that neither Nedbank and devt buster want to resolve nor do they want to cancel the review. The only refund that they say they are busy with is for credit card payment which I made on the 24th but as to what happened to the rest of my salary Nedbank is not giving me answers. I want my refund failure to do so I won't debt busters to cancel my application and instruct their business associate hyphen to refund me my 3900 and I will continue on my own to pay creditors. I want answers by tomorrow
