Refund pending after a month has passed

Pending refund. After a month of contacting them countless times via the app I still haven't received my refund. They sent wrong quantities and offered to pay me back the difference. I get the same response everyday that the matter has been escalated and they'll get back to me once the refund has been manually actioned.
