Refund on my account

Very frustrating customer service. I have been calling with regards to my Bond account refund but have been taken from pillar to post With a process of which I was told that will take 3-5 working days from Monday the 30th October 2023,today is the 07th of November and still no refund. Calling and speaking to different consultants from last Monday who all have different processes on how the refund is done I am a new client at Nedbank but I am already dissatisfied about the customer service.
