Refund on an over paid bond

I have paid off my bond with nedbank 2 months ago was never notified I kept on paying September and October to my surprise when I went in for a statement I paid off and I am being owed 2 months when requesting a refund I am being taken from piller to post I need my money asap. The incompetence after working with them for so long
